Special Enrollment
You may qualify if you:
- Recently lost employer coverage
- Recently lost Medi-Cal coverage
- Recently moved
- Recently married
- Recently turned 65 or qualified for Medicare
Documents needed to complete your application:
- Your Covered California Case number (if applicable)
- Income documents i.e pay stub or income tax returns
- Social Security numbers for all household members
- Copy of drivers license (required by Covered California to verify your identity)
